On April 18 – 19, 2015, Prescott, AZ hosted the 8th Annual Chalk It Up! Festival.  Infamous Network owner, Jeff Daverman, took to the asphalt canvas again to lay down this 5 ft. mandala entitled ‘Emergence’. The outline was done with a nail and string, actually 3 nails. The slideshow is the emerging of ‘Emergence’, the work as it progressed.
